The reason I am here, is to ask how I can remove these steam folders and files some where else with out having to update steam and then having to reinstall css. Once, I made a folder on my desktop "Steam Files" and I put all the steam files on my desktop into this folder and I was then planning of moving the folder else where. 1) Move your whole SteamApps folder somewhere. 2) Uinstall steam. 3) Delete any remaining steam files from your desktop. 4) Reinstall steam (not on your Desktop this time silly) 5) Move the SteamApps folder to the new Steam folder. and you shouldn't have to reinstall any games if you do it right. Now Steam will do its magic, as it searches for the already existing game files in \Steam\steamapps\common folder. Once it finds them, it will simply initiate the install without redownloading the entire game. Note that the game folder must be in the correct folder, otherwise Steam won’t see it and it will start to download it from scratch.
